Demtec PTF Tray Filler

Overview

The PTF Tray Filler is the standard when it comes to filling pots in trays: it fills carrier trays, shuttle trays, seeding and cutting trays.
The machine is easily adjustable so the filling type can properly be set to fit the specific needs of the cultivation: a light or hard filling, a pouring edge, gradually filled or filled with a raised ring.
The capacity of a PTF filling line always exceeds that of a potting machine, even with double pots.
In front of and behind the mask filler the automatic filling line is completed with a destacking belt, a drilling and/or watering belt, a transplanter or seeder, etc.
