Overview

In addition to the well-known coupling belts, we have conveyor belts that we use as a main belt, facade belt or hood belt. These are long conveyor belts in a fixed arrangement. The main band, gable band or cap band is used to bridge long distances. The exact design of these conveyor belts depends on various variables. Which plants in which pot sizes go over the belt? Do trays go over the belt? Do you want to be able to walk on the conveyor belt? And where is the tire placed?

We can implement the fixed conveyor belt system with various technical tricks. We often install a control box with a touchscreen on which you can easily enter all routes. Various routes can run at the same time for, for example, potting and delivery of the plants. We can also integrate a remote control to start and stop the conveyor belts.
