This tray filler is highly-efficient and will streamline your nursery production line. Whether you’re filling polystyrene or plastic trays, or pots in shuttle trays, this machine delivers consistent, uniform results every time.
Its electronically controlled system lets you fine-tune the speed of the soil distributor, conveyor belt, and vibration, so you can adjust the substrate density to suit your specific needs. Excess soil is automatically collected and returned to the main hopper via a clever return conveyor, keeping your workflow clean and efficient.
This machine can directly feed to seeding and transplanting machines, eliminating the need for manual tray handling or storage of trays.
