Overview

The Da Ros Trayfiller RC7 is a versatile, high-performance tray filling machine designed for filling plastic trays and pots inside shuttle trays. Designed for commercial nurseries, the RC7 delivers uniform filling across a wide range of tray formats, including trays with small cell sizes.

The advanced filling system ensures even media distribution, while electronic speed adjustment of the compaction rotor, transport belt and vibrator allows precise control over substrate density. An integrated level sensor automatically loads peat into the filling head, supporting smooth and continuous operation.

The RC7 can feed directly into a seeding line or transplanter, eliminating unnecessary tray handling and storage, and improving overall production efficiency.
