Overview

The Tray Washer MINI is a compact, maintenance-free tray cleaning solution designed for nurseries requiring efficient and reliable hygiene control.

Custom built for all tray types and sizes, this streamlined machine helps protect crop health by removing residual soil and contaminants before trays are reused. Two fast-rotating internal spray arms, powered by a high-pressure pump, deliver thorough cleaning performance. In a separate chamber, trays can be sterilised with an optional treatment spray to further reduce disease risk. The continuous conveyor belt features a cleated profile for secure tray movement, with optional adjustable speed available.
