Nursery Potting Line

A well-established nursery located in Western Australia, specialising in the growing of high-quality plants, ranging from delicate seedlings to mature trees.

For enhanced nursery operations, this facility partnered with Transplant Systems to introduce a specialised Demtec Automated Potting Line. This advanced Potting Line includes; Two Gantry Robots, an Evo² Potting Machine, a HIPO 4016 Potting Machine, and a Den 10m² Soil Hopper, designed to streamline their nursery production.

The Demtec range works seamlessly together to bring a balance of manual labour and automation to the nursery. The potting machines efficiently dispenses heavy pots, maintains soil structure through automated soil supply. The filled pots are then processed onto the Gantry Robot, where the pots are automatically placed onto trailers.

This investment in automation technology enhances the nursery’s capacity to provide top-tier plants and trees to their customers while significantly increasing operational efficiency.
