“Only one month into purchasing our I3-P DA ROS Potting Machine we are making significant gains of over 300% in our ability to produce quality potted 140mm pots, over our previous method of hand potting. The machine is compact, versatile, and easy to navigate. Changing dibbles and adjusting for various pot sizes is easy. Staff can be trained to use the machine easily and safely in a matter of just a few hours. Primehort/Transplant Systems have been exceptional in their service and care from first contact, right through to assisting with setting up, training and any ongoing questions and support we have required. We highly recommend both Transplant Systems and Da Ros as a business partner”.

“Removing the manual task of transplanting 200,000 hybrids from jiffy plugs into cell trays is a game-changer!”

“The TV3 has worked really well for us, we are really happy. We were potting up 16,000 2.5L pots a day that with 10 people deflasking, potting and laying out. But we have potted up 100,000 2.5L pots in 2 weeks, so we are pretty stoked.”

“I have been in Oregon/USA (the hub of horticulture in America) and I didn’t see anything as good as the Da Ros booms. Would not do anything differently or go to any other boom than Da Ros!”

“The new potting machine is performing really well – it is simple to operate and we are really pleased to have made the move to automating our potting lines giving us scope to increase production further and meet our clients requirements.”
