Overview

The Da Ros Tray Destacker DC500 is an automatic unstacking solution designed to efficiently separate plastic trays within nursery operations. Installed directly onto the conveyor belt of a tray filling machine, it supports smooth, continuous tray feeding while reducing manual handling.

Well suited to both new installations and retrofitting to existing equipment, the DC500 offers flexibility for nurseries looking to improve automation without replacing current equipment. Modifications are also available for high trays, making it a practical option for tree nurseries and forestry applications.
Maximum tray size: 600 x 400 x 80mm (modifications to high trays available on request).
